Early Career and Education

Heather Paskewich grew up in Connecticut and attended St.Joseph College. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Social Science and minoring in Spanish. Her studies helped her develop communication skills and an understanding of people, which she would later apply in her career.

After completing her education, Heather began exploring her passion for helping others and creating meaningful connections. These early experiences paved the way for her entry into the sales world, where she quickly found her stride.

Professional Experience

Freedom Fertility Pharmacy by Evernorth (The Cigna Group)

Heather’s longest and most successful tenure was in medical sales, where she spent nearly a decade working with healthcare professionals and organizations. At Freedom Fertility Pharmacy by Evernorth (The Cigna Group), she served as a Senior Sales Representative from 2016 to 2024. During this time, she became one of the top-performing sales representatives in the country. Heather has ranked among the top two sales representatives countrywide for the vast majority of her career at Freedom Fertility Pharmacy. She consistently met and exceeded her sales goals, helping her company achieve record-breaking results.

Heather managed accounts in Connecticut, New York, and Western Massachusetts in this role. She worked closely with fertility doctors, nurses, finance teams, CEOs and hospital administrators to promote her company’s products and services. Heather attended industry trade shows and events, representing the company and building relationships with potential clients. Her ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and provide solutions made her a trusted partner in the fertility and pharmacy industry.

Heather was also a team trainer, sharing her knowledge and experience with new sales representatives. She helped them learn the skills needed to succeed, offering guidance and support during their training. As a hiring committee member, she contributed to selecting new team members, ensuring that the company brought on talented and dedicated individuals.

Vertical Pharmaceuticals

Before joining Freedom Fertility Pharmacy, Heather worked at Vertical Pharmaceuticals as a Women’s Health Sales Representative from 2014 to 2016. She promoted women’s health products in this role, including first-line and second-line treatments. Heather quickly became a top-performing sales representative, achieving over 100% of her yearly sales quotas.

Heather received several awards for her outstanding sales performance, including recognition for her district’s highest number of prescriptions. Her success was due to her ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, understand their needs, and provide the right solutions for their patients.

This role allowed Heather to deepen her knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and further develop her sales skills. She gained experience working with doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals, which helped her succeed in future roles.

William Raveis Real Estate

In addition to her work in medical sales, Heather has experience in real estate. She worked as a Sales Associate and Realtor with William Raveis Real Estate, helping clients buy and sell homes. Heather was a member of the Rose Team, one of the top-performing teams at the company. Her work contributed to the team winning the “Top Producing Team Award” in 2013.

Heather received the “Award of Excellence in Sales & Closings” for her ability to close deals and provide excellent customer service. She helped clients go through the challenging process of buying or selling a home, offering guidance and support every step of the way.
